Position:  Customer Support Engineer

Job Location: Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolhapur, Comibatore, Chennai.

Approx. Salary: 15,000-20,000 Gross for CSE & System Admin profile & Manual Testing profiles. For Development profile, as per the candidates experience, evaluation score in the interview & market standard the CTC will be offered.

Education:  Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

Job Description:

Skills Required:

·               Windows Operating system knowledge is must

·               24*7 technical support over voice and email to our Clients in shifts

·               User support and customer service on company supported computer applications and platforms.

·               Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·               Excellent customer service and phone handling skills.

·               Hardware/Networking Knowledge is must

·               Basic Windows Server OS knowledge.

·               Core capabilities in installation / configuration/ implementation of windows OS, managing computer Hardware/software issues.

·               Should be able to handle Applications after training for demonstration and Implementation purposes.

·               Provide product training to customers

·               Ready to work on rotational shift

·               Basic Database Software knowledge MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server

·               PACS, HL7, and DICOM experience a plus

·               Provide product support for customer phone, chat, email, and web based support requests.

·               Adapt to and work with a highly diverse customer base while focusing on providing an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.

·               Good communication skills

 Terms & Conditions /Penalty : related to the Service agreement, If any-

If candidate leaves the company before 2 years, he/she won’t get appointment letter & exit letter (experience & relieving letter).

Once the 2 years is completed then he/she will get appointment letter & exit letters once the candidate serves 3 months’ notice period.

Notice period will be of 3 months during the agreement & also post agreement.
