Job Location: Ahmadabad (Work From Office)
Terms and Conditions: 3 years of agreement with 2 Lakhs breach amount.
Position 1: Business Analyst
- Understand the in and outs of all relevant in-house products/projects.
- Work on requirements gathering through written and verbal communications with clients and onsite staff.
- Coordinate with onsite and co-located teams for designing solutions.
- Document the requirements, and solutions for clients, and internal teams.
- Build process models, wireframes, and mockups for client/internal reviews.
- Show active participation in product release activities.
- Handle in-person presentations and webinars on product features.
Educational Criteria:
- BE / BTech / ME / Mtech (CS / IT )Only.
- Percentage Should be 85% in 10th & 12th
- Pass out Years 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024
Position 2: Quality Analyst
- Need to Write and Execute Test Cases
- Report Bugs with proper details.
- Need to participate in requirement discussions with Dev and BA teams
- Need to analyze and understand the Functional Specification Documents
- Need to interact with dev, and support teams for issues in the application and provide the required help with troubleshooting issues.
Educational Criteria:
- BE / BTech / ME / Mtech (CS / IT )Only.
- Percentage Should be 75% in 10th & 12th
- Pass out Years 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024
Position 3: Technical Support
- Providing technical support to US Healthcare clients (EHR, EMR) via E-Mail, phone, and other electronic mediums.
- Talking clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Work with the internal teams and the clients to take followup of the incidents and get the things done.
- Logging client queries using service management tools to record each & every query.
- Detect, record, and classify the incidents & provide initial incident support.
- Investigate, prioritize and diagnose the incidence based on impact & urgency.
- Resolve incidents and recover service as per agreed service levels & close the incidents.
- Maintain ownership, monitoring, tracking & communications about incidents.
- Provide management information about Incident Management quality and operations.
- Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers.
Educational Criteria:
- BE / BTech / ME / Mtech (CS / IT )Only.
- Percentage Should be 70% in 10th & 12th
- Pass out Years 2021, 2022, 2023 & 2024
