Position: SQL Support Engineer (This is not developer role)

Experience: Freshers

Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 2,80,000/-Per Annum

Bond: 2 Year (If the bond is broken, a penalty of 2 lakhs will be incurred.)

Job Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

 

Education Criteria:

 

• BSC/BCA/BCS/BSC/BE/BTech (IT/CS Branch only)
• No Pass-out & Percentage Criteria

 

Skills Required-

 

• The candidate should possess knowledge of SQL operations including INSERT, UPDATE, and the usage of PRIMARY KEY constraints, as well as proficiency in performing JOIN operations.

 

Roles and Responsibilities-

 

• Respond to technical inquiries and support requests from internal teams and external clients related to SQL queries and database operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SQL queries, database connections, and data retrieval processes.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving database performance issues, including query optimization and index tuning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and database administrators, to address complex technical issues and implement solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to end-users on basic SQL query writing and database usage.
• Document and maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for common SQL query-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to SQL query optimization, database management, and data analytics.
