Position: Business Accounts Executive

Job Description

·         Ensuring proper UAT & testing of accounting/processing system.

·         Developed & analyzed MIS reports related to reconciliation for Suspense/Control Account and find out root cause analysis from various systems.

·         Process/Quality Improvement in accounting systems.

·         Preparing accounting schedules for all assets & liability GL codes.

·         Preparation of various monthly reports as per Finance requirements.

·         Hands on Experience in Handling of volume-based of transactions.

·         Good in excel and analytical part.

·         Follow up with respective stakeholders to resolve the open Transactions.

·         Maintaining a Daily MIS & Publishing a Dashboard on a day-to-day basis.

·         System Knowledge of FinnOne & Pennant will add benefit.

·         Knowledge of Bank reconciliation

 

Qualification:  Graduation / MBA

Specialization: Commerce Stream / Finance

 

Experience:  3-4 Years
