Position 1: Agent with experience

Roles And Responsibilities:

·         Good Communication & comprehension Skills

·         Ability to write, speak and understand English & Hindi

·         The prospect needs to display customer service attitude, and verbal skills which will be validated by SLA manager

·         Ability to comprehend & draft emails to prospects as per the scenarios.

·         Typing speed expectation of minimum of 20 Words per minute & above.

 

Qualification:  Graduates or Undergraduate.

Fresher/Experience: 

·         Minimal of 6 months of experience in non-voice BFSI customer service sector

·         Should have worked for at least 6 months in the lending process and worked on applications similar to Finnone or Pennant and other subsequent CRM application

 

Approx Package: As per Company Norms
