Bond: 2 Years

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate (CS/IT ONLY).
• 2022 Pass out ONLY. 
• No percentage criteria

Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining.NET applications using C# or VB.NET.
• Designing and creating Crystal Reports for various business needs.
• Writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for MS SQL Server databases.
• Integrating Crystal Reports into .NET applications for reporting functionalities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensuring code quality, performance, and security standards are met.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues in .NET applications, Crystal Reports, and SQL queries.
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and technologies related to .NET, Crystal Reports, and MS SQL.
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members.
• Contributing to the improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Skills Required: 

• Proficiency in C# or VB.NET programming languages.
• Experience with the .NET framework and related technologies such as ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and .NET MVC.
• Understanding of web development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with client-side frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker may be beneficial.
• Proficiency in designing and developing reports using Crystal Reports.
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL querying.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports features such as grouping, sorting, filtering, and parameterization.
• Experience with integrating Crystal Reports into .NET applications.
• Ability to create complex reports with sub-reports, crosstabs, and dynamic parameters.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports runtime deployment and configuration.
• Understanding of Crystal Reports scheduling and distribution mechanisms.
• Knowledge of Crystal Reports formulas and expressions for data manipulation and formatting.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
• Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of database backup and restoration procedures.
• Knowledge of SQL Server licensing and editions for deployment considerations.
