Educational Criteria: 

  • MBA (Sales, Marketing)
  • No Percentage & Pass-out Criteria 

Job Description:

  • MBA degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Previous internship or experience in sales/marketing is a plus, but not required.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude towards challenges

 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the company's products and services thoroughly.
  • Identify potential customers through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
  • Assist in the development of sales proposals and quotations.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
